Inside and out — flooring, paint, trim, bathrooms, and exterior. One crew, one plan, one cohesive result.
Dated finishes, worn carpet, and tired stucco throughout. We took the entire house down to subfloor, reworked every room, and finished the exterior to match.

Same arched window, same railing — but pale blue walls and a dated brass lantern gave way to a deep, saturated green and a clean linear fixture. The entry went from overlooked to the moment the whole house opens on.

The ornate white mantel was the room's problem, not its centerpiece. Refinished in deep black against warm hardwood, with a modern fan replacing the dated brass one, it finally anchors the space.

Carpet pulled to bare plywood, walls repainted, wainscoting refreshed in crisp white, and new hardwood laid throughout — the same room, unrecognizable.

New granite, refinished cabinetry, and large-format marble tile carried through the room and into the tub surround.

Every square foot of carpet came out by hand. Underneath was bare, stained plywood — patched, leveled, and covered in a rich hand-scraped hardwood that now runs continuously from the entry through the living and dining rooms.

Every room repainted, new carpet throughout, and the fireplace built-ins reworked with a deep charcoal chimney breast against crisp white shelving. The vanities were refinished rather than replaced, and the whole house came back together under one palette.
